Nothing in these terms and conditions shall affect the buyers statutory rights as a consumer
It shall be deemed conclusive evidence of the buyer’s acceptance of these terms and conditions at the point of sale
The seller reserves the right to not accept an order for any reason

RETURNS POLICY

All HP Compaq and Sony Laptop Motherboards need to be inspected upon receipt and any damage reported by email within 3 working days
Return of goods will only be accepted after prior agreement
Goods to be returned must clearly show the order reference number
For any defects within the 30 day warranty period we will endeavour to at first replace the HP Compaq or Sony Laptop Motherboard immediately, and if this cannot be done a full refund will be given

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Deliveries will only be made to the shipping address as given on the payment details at checkout

CURRENCY

The currency conversion from British Pounds Sterling is taken on a daily basis from XE.com and is an accurate guide at the time of purchase, but may differ depending on exchange rate fluctuation
